The city streets are not safe at all from the creeping shadow cat now turning her attention to the wyrm.  She now serves Him as his Hellcat, and she is willing to kill anything that gets in her path from serving her Master.  The sept leader Andhi, a Black Fury Gallaird, can feel this down in her bones but she knows that the Hellcat is not the only threat because in the south the Endless Storm awaits.

Changing Breeds

While the garou were created by Gaia as her fangs and claws, to keep her safe, they were not her only children. She created many other breeds of shapeshifters and gave them each a task. Some have lost their way with time, others were forced from their roles by the Garou. Some have turned to serving only one aspect of the Triat, instead of Gaia as a whole.

The Children of GaiaSilent StridersRed TalonsUktena, and Wendigo generally have the most contact with the Fera, and the most cordial relations with them. The Shadow Lords have regular contact with the Fera only through their Eastern branch, the Hakken. The Bunyip are sometimes mistakenly referred to as Fera -they are actually an extinct tribe of garou, eradicated in the War of Tears.

Fera is the term most commonly used by the Garou themselves, to mean shapechangers of other races; other breeds have similar terms. The Garou used to use the Mokolé term Bête, but now only Garou who have contact with the Mokolé use that word - the Bastet use the word Killi instead, and the Ananasi refer to other changing breeds as Ovid, likewise, the Nagah tend to employ the term Khurah.

Most Fera have at least a strong distrust of the Garou, due to the actions of the Garou during the War of Rage.

 CHARACTER CREATION – GENERAL
=======================================

Within this document you will find the tools to create and perfect your Werewolf: The Apocalypse character for use on the sim.  There are a few things about character creation that need to be mentioned right up front:

1.  All characters are subject to approval by the Character Sheet ST's before a character sheet can be used for dice rolls and combat.  You are more than welcome to begin roleplaying as soon as you submit your sheet.

2.  Initially, the character you create will be limited in terms of Rank.   All Characters will begin no higher than rank 1.   Any one wishing to play Shifters other than wolves should contact an ST as the Fera have limited availability.

3.  Along your internet travels you are going to find Gifts, Rites, fetishes,  Backgrounds, etc, that have been created by different groups for use within WTA. If you wish to use one of these, simply petition one of the Storytellers and explain to them what it is and how you wish to use it. (Remember your character should always have a legitimate In-Character reason for knowing everything she does.)

4.  The Admin/ST's  makes decisions about rules and exceptions on a case by case basis, in the interest of fair game-play for all, and never for personal vendettas for or against any player. These decisions are final.
